Caster is a general name,including moving wheel and stationary wheel.Moving wheel is also what we called universal wheel, this structure allow 360 degree revolve;fixed wheel do not have revolve structure, can't twirl.
Normally two kinds wheels are used together,for example,in the structure of trolley,two fixed wheels are used in the front, and two universal wheels in behinde.
